La competenza tecnica è il primo requisito che chiediamo ai nostri distributori, dimodochè riescano a riconoscere la vera Alta Qualità nelle nostre macchine e a trasmetterla ai loro clienti.

Da quando Orchestrale nacque nel 2006, abbiamo instaurato rapporti commerciali e umani con distributori che hanno condiviso con noi la passione per le macchine da caffè e l’importanza del servizio post vendita al cliente.
Il ruolo dei nostri Distributori è quello di garantire ai nostri clienti un supporto tecnico costante dal momento dell’acquisto di una delle nostre macchine da caffè. Il nostro ruolo è garantire ai nostri Distributori un supporto tecnico e commerciale costante al fine di soddisfare al massimo chiunque acquisti una macchina fatta a mano da noi.
